Terms of Service

These terms govern any engagement between BrandBoost Digital ("we," "us," "our") and a client ("you," "your"). By engaging us for services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal or statement of work before work begins. These terms apply alongside, not instead of, that agreement.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on timely input — access to accounts, brand assets, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays on your side may affect agreed timelines.

Payment

Payment terms, invoicing schedule, and accepted methods are set out in the proposal or contract for each engagement. Invoices are due on the terms stated in that agreement; late payment may pause active work until resolved.

Intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, final deliverables created specifically for you become your property, except for any third-party assets, tools, or licensed material used to produce them, which remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to reference completed work in our own portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work.

Limitation of liability

We work to a professional standard, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, third-party platforms, and decisions made by your business. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice, as specified in the relevant proposal or contract. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
