Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Where the law requires your consent (for example in the UK and Europe), Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel load only after you accept on our cookie notice, and not if you decline. We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
BrandBoost Digital ("we," "us," "our") provides digital marketing, web design, and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a proposal, or work with us as a client, we may collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share about your business or project. If you browse our site, we may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, typically through analytics tools.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you've engaged us for, communicate about ongoing work, and improve our own site and marketing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use it. Clarity records anonymised interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and page views, and can replay sessions; we mask what you type into the chat and forms, and it is not used on the client intake form. Our site may also use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.
Third-party services
We may use third-party tools for scheduling, analytics, hosting, and communication as part of running our business and delivering client work. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are expected to handle it responsibly.
Website chat, AI readiness check and AI connector
Our website chat assistant, free AI readiness check (brandboost.ink/ai-check) and AI connector (brandboost.ink/mcp, used from tools such as ChatGPT and Claude) process what you type to respond to you. For the readiness check we fetch the public web pages of the website address you provide; we do not keep the page content. We keep a log containing the website domain you checked, the tool used, the time, your browser or client name and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, for abuse prevention and to understand usage. Chat messages are stored so we can improve answers and follow up if you leave your email. Leaving an email is optional. The assistant is an AI and can make mistakes; its answers are not legal, financial or medical advice and do not guarantee any result. Our checker identifies itself as BrandBoostAuditBot; to opt a site out, email contact@brandboost.ink.
If you give us your email address to receive your AI check report, we use it to send you that report and a few short follow-up emails over the following month. We store your email, the website you checked, your score and the page you came from. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to contact@brandboost.ink, and we will stop emailing you. We use Brevo to send these emails.
If you buy a Knowledge Catalog, we use the business information and files you submit to build your catalog. We publish only the information in the catalog you approve, on a public page at brandboost.ink/catalogs. We use an AI service (Anthropic) to help draft the catalog from your material under instructions to use only what you supplied; every catalog is reviewed by a person at BrandBoost before it reaches you, and you approve it before anything is published.
Questions asked of a published Business Agent (by people or by other AI agents) are processed by an AI service to produce an answer from the approved catalog, and are logged with a one-way hashed network address for abuse prevention and so the business can see what is being asked. Do not include personal or sensitive information in questions.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We ask that you avoid sending sensitive information (such as passwords or financial details) over unencrypted channels like standard email.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
