1. Forensic AI Audits

Initial "Forensic Scans" and AEO Audits generated through our automated portal are provided as a professional courtesy at no cost to the client. As such, no financial transactions occur and no refunds are applicable for these preliminary dossiers.

2. Strategic Consulting & Setup

One-time strategic setup fees and deep-dive forensic audits involve immediate allocation of technical resources and expert analysis. These fees are non-refundable once the diagnostic work has commenced under the direction of Sam Choksi.

3. Monthly AEO Retainers

Retainer services for ongoing Answer Engine Optimization may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service already performed, as our unit commits infrastructure and search-monitoring credits in advance.

4. Strategic De-Briefs

Consultation sessions are billed based on time and expertise. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee remains applicable to cover the reserved time of our lead strategist.

5. Dispute Resolution
