By accessing the BrandBoost Digital platform or initializing a Forensic AEO Audit, you agree to the following terms of engagement. These terms govern the relationship between the "Client" and BrandBoost Digital.

1. The Nature of AI Audits

Our Forensic Scans utilize real-time snapshots from Large Language Models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. You acknowledge that AI search results are dynamic and subject to algorithmic updates outside of BrandBoost Digital's control.

2. Intellectual Property

All "Intelligence Dossiers," Forensic Reports, and AEO Strategy frameworks delivered to the Client are for internal strategic use only. Reproduction or public distribution of our proprietary audit formats without written consent from Sam Choksi is prohibited.

3. Ethical Engagement

Clients agree not to use the intelligence provided to engage in deceptive SEO practices or "black-hat" algorithmic manipulation. Our goal is Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) through fact-based entity building.

4. Limitation of Liability

BrandBoost Digital provides forensic data and strategic direction. While we optimize for maximum AI visibility, we do not guarantee specific rankings within third-party Answer Engines, as these are governed by independent global corporations.

5. Governing Authority
